The flavours of the Lot
Home to excellent local produce and fine cuisine, the Lot tickles everyone's taste buds : From market stalls to the menus of gastronomic restaurants, black truffles, Rocamadour cheeses accompanied by a glass of Cahors wine, Quercy melons, saffron, or Quercy Farm Lamb are tasted and enjoyed…
During your stay you can enjoy « organic » tasty breakfasts that I make with local products. They are served in a dish designed and created especially for the Hamlet. You will enjoy the taste of fresh bread baked by Julien or Eric in a wood-fired oven, fresh fruit juices from the surrounding orchards, homemade jams cooked in traditional copper cauldrons, the famous cheese Tomme of Cayrac , my great-grandmother’s apple cake, nuts gathered from the hamlet. In all a great treat is promised for the morning taste buds.
Should you have any food intolerances or allergies please let me know and I will prepare a personal breakfast.
